Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival in Bali, Uluwatu & Kecak Dance
- • 10:00 AM – Arrival at Bali International Airport. Meet and greet with our representative.
- • 10:00–11:00 AM – One-way transfer from the airport to the Kuta hotel area.
- • 11:00 AM–12:00 PM – Hotel check-in / luggage drop-off and refresh.
- • 12:00–1:00 PM – Lunch at your own expense.
- • 1:00–3:00 PM – Free time / leisure at the hotel.
- • 3:00 PM – Proceed to Uluwatu Temple.
- • 4:00–5:30 PM – Explore Uluwatu Temple and enjoy the scenic ocean views.
- • 5:30–6:30 PM – Watch the traditional Kecak Dance performance overlooking the sunset.
- • 6:30 PM onwards – Return to the hotel. Dinner at your own expense.
- Overnight in Bali.

Inclusions:
- • Accommodation as per the specified number of nights on a Bed & Breakfast basis.
- • Private car/vehicle as per the itinerary, for a maximum of 10 hours per day.

- • Entrance fees to all attractions and sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary.
- • 4 bottles of mineral water per day in the vehicle.
- • Driver charges, parking fees, and applicable road/highway tolls for the services included in the itinerary.
- • All sightseeing and transfers specifically mentioned in the itinerary.
- • Applicable vehicle and driver charges for the agreed sightseeing and transfer services.
Exclusions:
- • Any meals other than daily breakfast.
- • Personal expenses such as laundry, beverages, telephone calls, room service, shopping, tips, porterage, etc.
- • Any sightseeing, excursions, activities, or transfers not specifically mentioned in the itinerary.
- • Guide services, unless specifically included. Guide services can be arranged as an optional add-on.
- • Vehicle night charges applicable between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- • Vehicle overtime charges for usage beyond the agreed maximum of 10 hours per day.
- • Charges for vehicle usage outside the agreed itinerary, including additional destinations or additional kilometres/areas.
- • Room upgrades, special room requests, connecting rooms, adjoining rooms, or specific room-view requests.
- • Early check-in / late check-out charges, subject to hotel availability.
- • Hotel security deposits or incidental deposits, if applicable, payable directly by guests.
- • Visa, immigration fees, tourism levies, and other government/mandatory charges, wherever applicable.
- • Any compulsory gala dinner, festive-season, or peak-season supplements imposed by hotels.
- • Any increase in hotel rates, attraction entrance fees, transportation costs, taxes, or government charges after quotation/confirmation.
- • Any additional charges arising from changes in government regulations, local authority requirements, or mandatory local taxes.
- • Any additional vehicle required due to excess luggage or special transportation requirements.
- • Flight ticket amendments, cancellations, rescheduling, upgrades, or other charges imposed by the airline.
- • Expenses arising due to flight delays, cancellations, or changes beyond our control.
- • Any additional cost caused by traffic conditions, road closures, weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, religious ceremonies, or other force-majeure circumstances.
- • Entrance fees or services not specifically mentioned in the itinerary.
- • No refund will be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, meals, or transfers due to late arrival, early departure, or voluntary changes by guests.
- • Any expenses incurred due to guest-requested changes or deviations from the confirmed itinerary.
- • Travel insurance and medical expenses.
- • Any other services or expenses not specifically mentioned under "Inclusions."
Terms & Conditions :
- • All hotels, transportation, attractions, and other services are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- • The itinerary sequence may be changed by our local operations team depending on traffic, weather, operating hours, and local conditions, while maintaining the confirmed inclusions wherever possible.
- • Attraction visits are subject to opening days, operating hours, and weather/operational conditions.
- • Any additional cost resulting from circumstances beyond our control will be payable by the guest/client.
- • Hotel check-in/check-out timings will be as per the respective hotel's policy.
- • Rates are subject to change until final confirmation and receipt of the required payment/deposit.
